If the Arabic or Kurdish version differs from the English one, the English version applies.
1. Nature of Service
Se3rForIQD ("the Service") means the Se3rForIQD website at se3rforiqd.xyz and the Se3rForIQD mobile apps. It is an independent tool that shows currency exchange rates, gold and silver prices, world currencies and related market information from third-party sources.
The Service does not set, control, influence or guarantee any rate, price or quote it shows. We do not buy, sell or exchange money or gold.
2. No Financial Advice
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. This includes charts, history, price hints such as "a good time to buy", and alerts.
Rates are for general reference only and may differ from what a bank, exchange shop or gold seller offers you at the time of an actual transaction.
3. Third-Party Data
Rates and market data come from third-party sources we believe to be reliable, such as local market channels, the Central Bank of Iraq and international exchange-rate and gold feeds. You can see them on our Sources page.
xzeenwaves.OÜ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of this data, and is not responsible for delays, interruptions or errors in any feed. History and charts cover a limited period (currently up to 7 days, depending on your plan) and may have gaps.
4. Exchange Shops & Map
Shop names, locations, phone numbers and opening hours on the map come from public listings and from shop owners. We do not own, run or recommend any shop, and we are not part of any deal you make with one.
Shop information can be out of date. Check it with the shop before you go.
5. No Liability for Losses
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xzeenwaves.OÜ, its founders, employees and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including financial loss, arising from use of or reliance on the Service.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for checking rates directly with a licensed financial institution or exchange shop before making any financial decision or transaction.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Service. This includes sending spam or false reports through our forms, trying to break into or overload our servers or dashboard, and copying our data in bulk with automated tools without our written permission.
We may block access, limit requests or remove messages that break these rules.
8. Messages You Send Us
When you use the contact, feedback, source or app sign-up forms, you confirm that what you send is honest and that you have the right to share it. We use it to reply to you and to improve the Service.
9. Privacy & Data Security
Personal information you give us (such as your name, phone number or email) is encrypted when stored and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. You do not need an account to view rates; signing in is only needed for your profile and paid plans.
10. Account Security
If you create an account in the app, you are responsible for keeping your login details and passcode private.
xzeenwaves.OÜ uses industry-standard security practices, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Paid Plans & Payments
The main rates are free. Optional paid plans (Basic and Plus) unlock extra features such as 7-day history, more cities and extra widget styles. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Launch prices are available for a limited time and then return to the regular price.
In the iOS app: plans are auto-renewable subscriptions sold by Apple (1 month, 6 months or 12 months). Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Apple's standard Terms of Use (EULA) also apply to the app.
On the website: plans are one-time payments in Iraqi dinar through our payment provider Wayl, for a fixed period of 1, 6 or 12 months. They do not renew automatically. Paying again for the same plan adds time to it. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the plan time it added is removed.
A plan is linked to your Se3rForIQD account, so it works in the app and on the website when you are signed in with the same account. Cancelling a subscription or deleting your account does not by itself give a refund.
12. Advertising & Outside Links
Some pages may show ads from third parties such as Google. We don't control those ads or the sites they link to. Links to app stores, social media and other websites are provided for convenience, and their own terms apply there.
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, source code, designs and content in the Service belong to xzeenwaves.OÜ.
You may share screenshots and rate images made with our share tools for personal, non-commercial use. No other part of the Service may be copied, reverse-engineered or redistributed without written permission.
14. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
xzeenwaves.OÜ may change, pause or stop any part of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.
15. Future Features
These Terms apply to all current and future features, tools and services added to the Service, unless replaced by updated Terms.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xzeenwaves.OÜ from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
17. Changes to These Terms
xzeenwaves.OÜ may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to xzeenwaves.OÜ's jurisdiction of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
يُقصد بـ Se3rForIQD ("الخدمة") موقع Se3rForIQD على se3rforiqd.xyz وتطبيقات Se3rForIQD للهواتف. وهي أداة مستقلة تعرض أسعار صرف العملات، وأسعار الذهب والفضة، والعملات العالمية، ومعلومات السوق ذات الصلة من مصادر تابعة لأطراف ثالثة.
لا تحدد الخدمة أي سعر أو تسعيرة تعرضها ولا تتحكم بها ولا تؤثر فيها ولا تضمنها. نحن لا نشتري ولا نبيع ولا نصرّف الأموال أو الذهب.
2. لا نصائح مالية
لا يُعد أي شيء في الخدمة نصيحة مالية أو استثمارية أو قانونية أو ضريبية. ويشمل ذلك الرسوم البيانية، والسجل التاريخي، وتلميحات الأسعار مثل "وقت جيد للشراء"، والتنبيهات.
الأسعار للاسترشاد العام فقط وقد تختلف عمّا يعرضه عليك بنك أو محل صرافة أو بائع ذهب وقت إجراء المعاملة الفعلية.
3. بيانات الأطراف الثالثة
تأتي الأسعار وبيانات السوق من مصادر تابعة لأطراف ثالثة نعتقد أنها موثوقة، مثل قنوات السوق المحلية، والبنك المركزي العراقي، ومصادر دولية لأسعار الصرف والذهب. يمكنك الاطلاع عليها في صفحة المصادر.
لا تضمن xzeenwaves.OÜ دقة هذه البيانات أو اكتمالها أو حداثتها أو توفّرها، وهي غير مسؤولة عن التأخير أو الانقطاع أو الأخطاء في أي مصدر. يغطي السجل التاريخي والرسوم البيانية فترة محدودة (حالياً حتى 7 أيام حسب خطتك) وقد تحتوي على فجوات.
4. محلات الصرافة والخريطة
تأتي أسماء المحلات ومواقعها وأرقام هواتفها وساعات عملها على الخريطة من القوائم العامة ومن أصحاب المحلات. نحن لا نملك أي محل ولا نديره ولا نوصي به، ولسنا طرفاً في أي صفقة تجريها معه.
قد تكون معلومات المحل قديمة. تحقّق منها مع المحل قبل أن تذهب.
5. عدم المسؤولية عن الخسائر
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل xzeenwaves.OÜ ومؤسسوها وموظفوها والجهات التابعة لها المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، بما في ذلك الخسارة المالية، الناشئة عن استخدام الخدمة أو الاعتماد عليها.
6. مسؤولية المستخدم
أنت وحدك المسؤول عن التحقق من الأسعار مباشرة مع مؤسسة مالية مرخّصة أو محل صرافة قبل اتخاذ أي قرار مالي أو إجراء أي معاملة.
7. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تُسئ استخدام الخدمة. ويشمل ذلك إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو بلاغات كاذبة عبر نماذجنا، ومحاولة اختراق خوادمنا أو لوحة التحكم أو إثقالها، ونسخ بياناتنا بكميات كبيرة باستخدام أدوات آلية دون إذن كتابي منا.
يجوز لنا حظر الوصول أو تقييد الطلبات أو إزالة الرسائل التي تخالف هذه القواعد.
8. الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا
عند استخدامك نماذج التواصل أو الملاحظات أو المصادر أو التسجيل في التطبيق، فإنك تؤكد أن ما ترسله صادق وأن لديك الحق في مشاركته. نستخدمه للرد عليك ولتحسين الخدمة.
9. الخصوصية وأمن البيانات
المعلومات الشخصية التي تقدمها لنا (مثل اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني) تُشفَّر عند تخزينها وتُعالج كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية. يستخدم الموقع اتصالاً آمناً (HTTPS) ولا تحتاج إلى حساب لعرض الأسعار؛ تسجيل الدخول مطلوب فقط لملفك الشخصي والخطط المدفوعة.
10. أمان الحساب
إذا أنشأت حساباً في التطبيق، فأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول ورمز المرور الخاصين بك.
تستخدم xzeenwaves.OÜ ممارسات أمان متوافقة مع معايير الصناعة، لكن لا يمكن ضمان أن يكون أي نظام آمناً تماماً.
11. الخطط المدفوعة والدفع
الأسعار الأساسية مجانية. تفتح الخطط المدفوعة الاختيارية (Basic وPlus) ميزات إضافية مثل سجل 7 أيام ومدناً أكثر وأنماط ودجت إضافية. تُعرض الأسعار وما تتضمنه كل خطة قبل الدفع. أسعار الإطلاق متاحة لفترة محدودة ثم تعود إلى السعر العادي.
في تطبيق iOS: الخطط اشتراكات تتجدد تلقائياً تبيعها Apple (شهر أو 6 أشهر أو 12 شهراً). يُخصم المبلغ من حساب Apple ID عند تأكيد الشراء. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً بنفس المدة ما لم توقف التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية. يمكنك إدارته أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple ID. تتولى Apple استرداد المبالغ لمشتريات App Store. تنطبق أيضاً شروط الاستخدام القياسية من Apple (EULA) على التطبيق.
على الموقع: الخطط دفعات لمرة واحدة بالدينار العراقي عبر مزوّد الدفع Wayl، لمدة ثابتة هي شهر أو 6 أشهر أو 12 شهراً. لا تتجدد تلقائياً. الدفع مرة أخرى للخطة نفسها يضيف مدة إليها. إذا استُرد مبلغ دفعة أو أُلغيت، تُزال المدة التي أضافتها.
ترتبط الخطة بحسابك في Se3rForIQD، لذلك تعمل في التطبيق وعلى الموقع عند تسجيل الدخول بالحساب نفسه. إلغاء الاشتراك أو حذف حسابك لا يعني بحد ذاته استرداد المبلغ.
12. الإعلانات والروابط الخارجية
قد تعرض بعض الصفحات إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة مثل Google. نحن لا نتحكم في تلك الإعلانات أو المواقع التي ترتبط بها. تُقدَّم الروابط إلى متاجر التطبيقات ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمواقع الأخرى للتسهيل، وتنطبق هناك شروطها الخاصة.
13. الملكية الفكرية
جميع العلامات التجارية والشعارات والشيفرة المصدرية والتصاميم والمحتوى في الخدمة مملوكة لـ xzeenwaves.OÜ.
يمكنك مشاركة لقطات الشاشة وصور الأسعار المصنوعة بأدوات المشاركة لدينا للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري. لا يجوز نسخ أي جزء آخر من الخدمة أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له أو إعادة توزيعه دون إذن كتابي.
14. توفّر الخدمة
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفّرها"، دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع.
يجوز لـ xzeenwaves.OÜ تغيير أي جزء من الخدمة أو إيقافه مؤقتاً أو إنهاؤه في أي وقت، بما في ذلك لأغراض الصيانة، دون إشعار.
15. الميزات المستقبلية
تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع الميزات والأدوات والخدمات الحالية والمستقبلية المضافة إلى الخدمة، ما لم تُستبدل بشروط محدّثة.
16. التعويض
توافق على تعويض xzeenwaves.OÜ وإبراء ذمتها من أي مطالبة أو طلب ناشئ عن استخدامك للخدمة أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط.
17. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
يجوز لـ xzeenwaves.OÜ تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. يُظهر التاريخ في أعلى هذه الصفحة أحدث نسخة. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التغييرات يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
18. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في الولاية القضائية التي سُجّلت فيها xzeenwaves.OÜ، دون اعتبار لمبادئ تنازع القوانين.
