If the Arabic or Kurdish version differs from the English one, the English version applies.
What Se3rForIQD does
Se3rForIQD shows live Iraqi dinar exchange rates, gold and silver prices, nearby exchange shops, and a converter for currency and metals. Viewing rates on the website or in the iOS/Android apps does not require an account.
Your account
Creating an account in the apps or on the website is optional. If you create one, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we do not store the plain password.
Your phone number may be verified with a one-time code sent by OTPIQ through SMS or WhatsApp. We share the number with OTPIQ only to send that verification code. Account details are used for app functionality such as sign-in, password reset, profile, sync, notification settings, and account deletion. They are not sold and are not used for advertising.
You can also sign in with "Sign in with Apple." When you do, Apple shares your name and email address with us (or a private relay email address, if you chose to hide your email from Apple) — we do not receive your Apple ID password. This is handled entirely by Apple's own sign-in system.
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Account, with no need to contact us first.
You can also create an account or sign in on the website with the same details, so your profile and plan are the same in the app and on the website. If you signed in with Apple, your account has no Se3rForIQD password, and your email address comes from Apple and cannot be changed in our app or website.

Subscriptions & purchases
Pro plans are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). Apple handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card information. We receive your subscription status (which plan, whether it's active) so the app can unlock the features you paid for. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings, and restore a purchase from the Plan & Billing screen.
On the website, plans are paid in Iraqi dinar through our payment provider Wayl. Wayl handles your payment details on its own page — we never see or store your card information. We receive and keep a payment reference, the plan, the amount and the payment status, linked to your account, so we can activate the plan and handle refunds.
Crash reports
If the app crashes, a small report — the type of crash and a stack trace, no personal data — is saved on your device and uploaded to our backend the next time you open the app, so we can fix the bug. It is not linked to your account identity.
Push notifications
If you use the apps and allow notifications, your device push token is sent to our server so we can notify you of rate, gold, or silver changes. Turning notifications off in your system settings stops future notifications. The website does not use browser push notifications.
If you turn on the Daily summary in the app, we also save the time and city you choose so we can send you one summary notification a day. You can turn it off at any time in the app's notification settings.
Location
The Map feature asks for your location only to search for currency exchange shops near you or near the place you moved the map to. Your location is used for that search, is not stored on our servers, and is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. You can deny or revoke location access; the rest of the app still works without it.
Feedback and contact
If you submit the feedback/contact form, we receive the message you type plus the name, phone number, or email address you choose to include. We use that information to read, manage, and respond to your feedback.
Usage analytics
The apps may record anonymous usage information such as an app-generated random ID, which pages are visited, and whether you are using the app or website. This helps us understand whether Se3rForIQD is working and which parts need improvement. This analytics ID is not linked to your account identity.
Ads
The website may load Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies or device identifiers according to Google's own privacy policy and controls.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set its own cookies. It uses your browser's local storage, and you choose what is allowed in the cookie notice. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.
Necessary (always on): your cookie choice, an offline copy of the latest rates, and short-lived page settings.
Preferences: your language and city. If you turn this off, they are forgotten when you leave the page.
Analytics: the anonymous visit count described above (a random ID, sent only to our own server). It does not run until you allow it.
Ads: Google AdSense, which may set its own cookies. It is not loaded until you allow it.
Third parties
Rate and price data is pulled from our backend, which sources figures from public exchange and gold-market feeds. The backend runs on Cloudflare. Phone verification runs through OTPIQ. We do not sell your data or share it with data brokers.
Tracking
The iOS privacy manifest declares that Se3rForIQD does not use collected data for cross-app tracking.
Data retention & deletion
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from Settings → Account, your name, email, phone number, and password hash are deleted from our active database. Some records — such as past feedback messages, crash reports, or logs needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance — may be kept for a limited additional period before being purged. Deleting your account does not affect an active Apple subscription; cancel that separately in your Apple ID settings.
Inactive accounts: if you don't open the app or sign in for 60 days, your account is deleted automatically, the same way as deleting it yourself. Accounts with an active paid plan are not deleted. Old records are removed on a schedule: crash reports after 90 days, website click statistics and usage counters after 180 days, and feedback messages, admin logs and handled map requests after 1 year.
Deleting your account also ends any plan bought on the website, and its remaining time is not refunded automatically. Payment records may be kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Children's privacy
Se3rForIQD is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Most of this you can already do yourself in the app (edit your profile, delete your account, turn off notifications or location). For anything else, or if you are in the EU/UK/California and want to exercise a right specific to your region, contact us below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
International users
Se3rForIQD is operated with backend infrastructure on Cloudflare, which may process data in multiple regions. By using the app or website, you understand your data may be processed outside your own country.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including salted password hashing and encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between the app, website, and our backend. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can use the main rate, gold, converter, and map features without creating an account.
You can remove app permissions such as location or notifications in system settings.
You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Account.
You can request account or data help through the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app and website change. Material changes will update the date below, and significant changes affecting your data will be highlighted in the app's What's New notes. Continuing to use Se3rForIQD after an update means you accept the revised policy.
يعرض Se3rForIQD أسعار صرف الدينار العراقي المباشرة، وأسعار الذهب والفضة، ومحلات الصرافة القريبة، ومحوّلاً للعملات والمعادن. لا يتطلب عرض الأسعار على الموقع أو في تطبيقات iOS/Android إنشاء حساب.
حسابك
إنشاء حساب في التطبيقات أمر اختياري. إذا أنشأت حساباً، نجمع اسمك الأول واسم العائلة وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وكلمة المرور. تُخزَّن كلمات المرور على شكل تجزئة مملّحة (salted hash)؛ ولا نخزّن كلمة المرور الأصلية.
قد يتم التحقق من رقم هاتفك برمز لمرة واحدة ترسله OTPIQ عبر الرسائل القصيرة أو واتساب. نشارك الرقم مع OTPIQ فقط لإرسال رمز التحقق هذا. تُستخدم بيانات الحساب لوظائف التطبيق مثل تسجيل الدخول، وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور، والملف الشخصي، والمزامنة، وإعدادات الإشعارات، وحذف الحساب. لا تُباع هذه البيانات ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات.

الاشتراكات والمشتريات
تُشترى خطط Pro عبر نظام الشراء داخل التطبيق من Apple (StoreKit). تتولى Apple بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك مباشرة — ولا نرى معلومات بطاقتك أو نخزّنها أبداً. نتلقى حالة اشتراكك (أي خطة، وما إذا كانت فعّالة) ليتمكن التطبيق من فتح الميزات التي دفعت مقابلها. يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت من إعدادات الاشتراكات في Apple ID، واستعادة عملية شراء من شاشة الخطة والفوترة.
على الموقع، تُدفع الخطط بالدينار العراقي عبر مزوّد الدفع Wayl. تتولى Wayl بيانات الدفع في صفحتها الخاصة — لا نرى معلومات بطاقتك ولا نخزّنها. نستلم ونحتفظ برقم مرجع الدفعة والخطة والمبلغ وحالة الدفع، مرتبطة بحسابك، لكي نفعّل الخطة ونعالج عمليات الاسترداد.
تقارير الأعطال
إذا تعطّل التطبيق، يُحفظ تقرير صغير — نوع العطل وتتبّع المكدّس (stack trace)، دون أي بيانات شخصية — على جهازك ويُرفع إلى خادمنا في المرة التالية التي تفتح فيها التطبيق، حتى نتمكن من إصلاح الخلل. هذا التقرير غير مرتبط بهوية حسابك.
الإشعارات
إذا كنت تستخدم التطبيقات وسمحت بالإشعارات، يُرسل رمز الإشعارات (push token) الخاص بجهازك إلى خادمنا لنتمكن من إعلامك بتغيّرات الأسعار أو الذهب أو الفضة. إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات النظام يوقف الإشعارات المستقبلية. لا يستخدم الموقع إشعارات المتصفح.
إذا فعّلت الملخص اليومي في التطبيق، نحفظ أيضاً الوقت والمدينة اللذين تختارهما لنرسل لك إشعار ملخص واحداً يومياً. يمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت من إعدادات الإشعارات في التطبيق.
الموقع
تطلب ميزة الخريطة موقعك فقط للبحث عن محلات الصرافة القريبة منك أو من المكان الذي نقلت الخريطة إليه. يُستخدم موقعك لهذا البحث، ولا يُخزَّن على خوادمنا، ولا يُشارك مع المعلنين أو وسطاء البيانات. يمكنك رفض إذن الوصول إلى الموقع أو سحبه؛ ويبقى باقي التطبيق يعمل بدونه.
الملاحظات والتواصل
إذا أرسلت نموذج الملاحظات/التواصل، نتلقى الرسالة التي تكتبها بالإضافة إلى الاسم أو رقم الهاتف أو عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الذي تختار تضمينه. نستخدم هذه المعلومات لقراءة ملاحظاتك وإدارتها والرد عليها.
تحليلات الاستخدام
قد تسجّل التطبيقات معلومات استخدام مجهولة الهوية مثل معرّف عشوائي يُنشئه التطبيق، والصفحات التي تتم زيارتها، وما إذا كنت تستخدم التطبيق أو الموقع. يساعدنا ذلك على فهم ما إذا كان Se3rForIQD يعمل بشكل جيد وأي أجزائه تحتاج إلى تحسين. معرّف التحليلات هذا غير مرتبط بهوية حسابك.
الإعلانات
قد يقوم الموقع بتحميل Google AdSense لعرض الإعلانات. قد تستخدم Google ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) أو معرّفات الأجهزة وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية وأدوات التحكم الخاصة بـ Google.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتخزين المتصفح
لا يضع الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة به. بل يستخدم التخزين المحلي في متصفحك، وأنت تختار ما هو مسموح به في إشعار ملفات تعريف الارتباط. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من خلال "تفضيلات ملفات تعريف الارتباط" في أسفل كل صفحة.
الضرورية (مفعّلة دائماً): اختيارك بشأن ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ونسخة غير متصلة من أحدث الأسعار، وإعدادات صفحة قصيرة الأمد.
التفضيلات: لغتك ومدينتك. إذا أوقفت هذا الخيار، يتم نسيانهما عند مغادرتك الصفحة.
التحليلات: عدد الزيارات المجهول الموضح أعلاه (معرّف عشوائي، يُرسل فقط إلى خادمنا الخاص). لا يعمل حتى تسمح به.
الإعلانات: Google AdSense، الذي قد يضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة به. لا يتم تحميله حتى تسمح به.
الأطراف الثالثة
تُجلب بيانات الأسعار من خادمنا، الذي يستمد الأرقام من مصادر عامة لأسواق الصرف والذهب. يعمل الخادم على Cloudflare. يتم التحقق من الهاتف عبر OTPIQ. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع وسطاء البيانات.
التتبّع
يصرّح بيان الخصوصية (privacy manifest) في iOS بأن Se3rForIQD لا يستخدم البيانات المجمّعة للتتبّع عبر التطبيقات.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب طالما أن حسابك نشط. إذا حذفت حسابك من الإعدادات ← الحساب، يُحذف اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وتجزئة كلمة المرور من قاعدة بياناتنا النشطة. قد يُحتفظ ببعض السجلات — مثل رسائل الملاحظات السابقة أو تقارير الأعطال أو السجلات اللازمة لمنع الاحتيال أو الامتثال القانوني — لفترة إضافية محدودة قبل حذفها نهائياً. حذف حسابك لا يؤثر على اشتراك Apple الفعّال؛ قم بإلغائه بشكل منفصل من إعدادات Apple ID.
الحسابات غير النشطة: إذا لم تفتح التطبيق أو تسجّل الدخول لمدة 60 يوماً، يُحذف حسابك تلقائياً بنفس طريقة حذفه بنفسك. لا تُحذف الحسابات التي لديها خطة مدفوعة فعّالة. تُحذف السجلات القديمة وفق جدول: تقارير الأعطال بعد 90 يوماً، وإحصاءات النقرات على الموقع وعدّادات الاستخدام بعد 180 يوماً، ورسائل الملاحظات وسجلات الإدارة وطلبات الخريطة المعالَجة بعد سنة واحدة.
حذف حسابك يُنهي أيضاً أي خطة اشتريتها من الموقع، ولا تُسترد المدة المتبقية تلقائياً. قد نحتفظ بسجلات الدفع للمدة التي تتطلبها قواعد الضرائب والمحاسبة.
خصوصية الأطفال
Se3rForIQD غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن علم معلومات شخصية من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً قد زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية، تواصل معنا باستخدام التفاصيل أدناه وسنقوم بحذفها.
حقوقك
بحسب مكان إقامتك، قد يكون لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجة معيّنة أو تقييدها. يمكنك القيام بمعظم ذلك بنفسك في التطبيق (تعديل ملفك الشخصي، حذف حسابك، إيقاف الإشعارات أو الموقع). لأي أمر آخر، أو إذا كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي/المملكة المتحدة/كاليفورنيا وترغب في ممارسة حق خاص بمنطقتك، تواصل معنا أدناه وسنرد خلال فترة زمنية معقولة.
المستخدمون الدوليون
يُشغَّل Se3rForIQD ببنية خلفية على Cloudflare، والتي قد تعالج البيانات في مناطق متعددة. باستخدامك التطبيق أو الموقع، فإنك تدرك أن بياناتك قد تُعالج خارج بلدك.
الأمان
نستخدم إجراءات متوافقة مع معايير الصناعة لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك تجزئة كلمات المرور المملّحة والاتصالات المشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS) بين التطبيق والموقع وخادمنا. لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.

يمكنك استخدام الميزات الرئيسية للأسعار والذهب والمحوّل والخريطة دون إنشاء حساب.
يمكنك إزالة أذونات التطبيق مثل الموقع أو الإشعارات من إعدادات النظام.
يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الحساب.
يمكنك طلب المساعدة بشأن الحساب أو البيانات من خلال صفحة التواصل.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تغيّر التطبيق والموقع. ستؤدي التغييرات الجوهرية إلى تحديث التاريخ أدناه، وسيتم إبراز التغييرات المهمة التي تؤثر على بياناتك في ملاحظات "ما الجديد" في التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام Se3rForIQD بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للسياسة المعدّلة.
